The Guangdong Dingfeng Paper PM3 and PM4 tissue paper project has officially started production, with production technology and key process equipment provided by Yunda.
In May 2025, the key pulping equipment provided by Yunda for Guangdong Dingfeng Paper Co., Ltd.’s PM3/PM4 tissue paper project was successfully put into operation. The scope of supply included: bale breaker, medium-consistency pulper, high density cleaner, fiber deflaker, Broke Pulper, vibrating screen, as well as agitators and other equipment.
Guangdong Dingfeng Paper Co., Ltd. was established on August 18, 2000, after being approved by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. The company was founded following the signing of the “Guangning Pulp Mill Property Transfer Contract” in Guangzhou on July 3, 2000, by Chung Hwa Pulp Corporation, YFY Inc., and Guangning State-Owned Assets Management Company.
This tissue paper production line upgrading project represents an investment of 140 million yuan. By introducing advanced papermaking equipment and optimizing product structure, the company has achieved a leap in the value chain from “selling pulp boards” to “producing premium paper.” The project not only brings an additional annual output value of nearly 300 million yuan in economic benefits, but also realizes energy conservation and consumption reduction through pulp flow piping technology. It truly achieves the goal of increasing production without increasing pollution, showcasing the company’s technological strength.
