On January 19, 2026, the PM5 specialty paper project of Jiangxi Zhenguan Environmentally Friendly and Biodegradable New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiangxi Zhenguan”) successfully completed its trial run and produced paper as scheduled.
The project is mainly designed for the production of glassine paper, with a paper machine width of 3,420 mm and a design speed of 800 m/min. Yunda provided a one-stop stock preparation system covering the entire process from raw material handling to approach flow, with the main scope of supply including:
- Softwood Pulp Preparation System
- Hardwood Pulp Preparation System
- Broke Handling System
- Approach Flow System
- Agitators and other equipment
A New Milestone Through Continued Cooperation
Following the successful commissioning of the PM4 specialty paper project with an annual capacity of 100,000 tonnes, Yunda once again supported Jiangxi Zhenguan in the successful start-up of PM5.
Throughout the project execution, Yunda leveraged its strong capabilities across the entire project chain to ensure smooth implementation. Internally, Yunda maintained strict design standards and ensured timely equipment delivery. On site, the company strengthened technical services and accelerated the commissioning process, enabling efficient project delivery and helping Jiangxi Zhenguan optimize production costs while laying a solid foundation for its green, low-carbon, and sustainable development.
The successful start-up of PM5 marks another milestone in the deepening cooperation between the two companies. The commissioning of the new production line will further expand the scope of cooperation and provide continued momentum for industrial collaboration and the high-quality development of the paper industry.
