In November 2024, the key equipment supplied by Yunda for the upgrade project of the existing mechanical pulp production line at Shandong Tianhe Paper Co., Ltd. was successfully started up.
The supply scope includes key equipment such as screw feeder, equalizing bin, T-pipe and blowback prevention device, discharge screw conveyor, refining system, and screening system.
This is the third mechanical pulp line upgrade project provided by Yunda for Shandong Tianhe Paper.
After the upgrade, the pulp quality has been improved, the bulk of the finished pulp has increased significantly, and the fiber bundle content has been greatly reduced. With higher operating efficiency and lower energy consumption, the upgraded line is able to produce more competitive products. Yunda has once again empowered Shandong Tianhe Paper with enhanced competitiveness.
