In December 2024, Yunda successfully signed a contract with Wenzhou Nixin Trading Co., Ltd., to provide a complete stock preparation and approach flow system for Nixin Trading’s 100,000 tons/year fine paper project in Ethiopia.
The paper machine of this project features a trimmed paper width of 4,600 mm and a designed operating speed of 700 m/min, mainly producing high-quality fine paper with a basis weight of 40–100 g/m².
The scope of supply from Yunda includes:
◆ Softwood pulp processing system
◆ Hardwood pulp processing system
◆ Chemi-mechanical pulp processing system
◆ Broke handling system
◆ Approach flow system
◆ Agitators and other auxiliary equipment
The successful signing of the Ethiopia 100,000 tons/year fine paper project with Wenzhou Nixin Trading Co., Ltd. not only represents another important achievement of Yunda’s continued expansion in the African market, but also demonstrates the high recognition from customers for Yunda’s innovative technologies and service capabilities in the global pulp and paper equipment industry.
