Yunda Wins the Full-Line Pulping Equipment Order for Qian’an Boda’s 150,000-Ton Bleached Chemi-Thermomechanical Pulp (BCTMP) Project

In February 2026, Yunda successfully signed a contract with Qian’an Boda Paper Co., Ltd. for the complete pulping line of a 150,000-ton i-BCTMP (Bleached Chemi-Thermomechanical Pulp) project.

The project is designed to produce high-end cultural paper. Yunda’s scope of supply covers the key equipment throughout the entire pulping process, including raw material pretreatment, refining, screening, bleaching, and pulp transportation. The main equipment includes a wood chip washing system, high-temperature fibrillation system, high-consistency bleaching and washing system, high-consistency refining and beating system, screening system, pulp thickening system, and other complete pulping equipment.

Core equipment, such as the high-temperature fibrillation machine, high-consistency refiner, high-consistency bleaching tower, and single-screw press, are flagship products of Yunda’s chemi-thermomechanical pulping technology.
