Zhejiang Xinshengda Group Signed with Yunda on Malaysia 200,000 Tons Coated Paper Project Phase I

In January 2020, Zhejiang Xinshengda Group formally signed with Yunda on pulping line project. This project involves waste paper conveying, technical improvement of drum pulper, MC coarse screen, MC fine screen, fine classifying screen and treatment of wood flour, etc. Yunda would assist Xinshengda in developing overseas market.

Background: Zhejiang Xinshengda Group is located in Fuyang, Zhejiang, an important production base of coated paper in China. The company was jointly incorporated by four paper enterprise in local area in 2016 and actually holds 13 enterprises with total capacity of 1,000,000 Tons. The project this time is located in PadangMeha, Kulim, Malaysia, covering area of 300 acres (about 1,800mu). The project is divided into three phases, among which Phase I is to set three productions lines for coated paper. Total annual capacity is approximate 700,000 Tons. All the products are to be the supplies for coated paper at same quality level in China. Above all, the project aims to satisfy not only local market demand in Malaysia, but also markets of countries in Southeast Asia, like Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Myanmar, etc.
