Yunda high-yield pulping pilot laboratory is capable of simulating i-CTMP, i-BCTMP and other high-yield pulping processes including chemi-mechanical pulp semi-chemical pulp and thermal mechanical pulp. It supports pulping trials using various wood and non-wood raw materials by advanced pilot-scale production equipment equipped with advanced DCS and comprehensive testing instruments. The lab enables detailed statistical analysis of resource consumption including water electricity, air and chemicals as well as pulp quality indicators.

Yunda pilot laboratory is equipped with a wide range of advanced pulp testing instruments including PFI mill. Beating degree tester, freeness tester, flat screen, sheet former, tensile strength tester, tear strength tester, burst strength tester, crush tester, MIT folding endurance tester, brightness tester, auto titrator, COD analyzer and other advanced trial equipment.
