
Vibrating screen Installation
1.According to foundation drawing size, set center line position, laid foundation and foundation bolt prepared hole position error shouldn’t beyond 10mm.
2.After maintaining foundation, clean foundation hole, Anchor bolt thread oiled partly, put into bolt hole of machine, put on nut, put wedge sizing block on foundation.
3.Hang device on sizing block, put bolt into prepared hole, let device center line and foundation center line coincide.
4.Adjust device vertical and horizontal levelness, let standards height and levelness of device suit for requirement, grout stock to bolt hole once.
5.After maintaining, adjust machine axial levelness accurately, tighten anchor nut, grout stock once more.
6.Check motor’s roll orientation, motor coupler should roll towards to orientation of reject end.
Vibrating screen Operation instruction
1.Preparation: Check all lubricating point, should lubricate well, no leaking oil, motor and electronic pieces normal, start motor, check if screen body vibrate normally, if not ,should adjust.
2.Operation:
- Consistency of stock from forehead process should suit for requirement, don’t add white water in stock chamber as far as possible, avoiding consistency vibrating.
- Start motor, provide inlet chamber with stock.
- Open spraying water pipe, adjust stock levelness flashboard height in stock storage tank, let stock immerse at bottom of gas seal chest to form gas sealing, ensure gap between screen plate and stock liquid level is 5-10mm.
- When stop machine, reject residual stock in stock tank, then close spraying water pipe, turn off motor.
- In operating process, should often check if bolt is loose, if bolt temperature is normal, if Canvas rubber ring of coupler is worn, and take measure to treat in time.
- If find screen hole choke, should stop and clean machine in time, or use steel brush clean , avoid wearing screen plate, Should check if the stock consistency too high and stock quantity too high, if gas sealing chamber seal well etc, adjust aimed at reason.
- When brush and clean, turn off power, take off bolt connecting coupler and vibration exciter, take off spraying water pipe, raise forehead of screen body, brush and check screen body and stock tank.
Vibrating screen Equipment maintenance
1.Add oil into bearing shell once a week and change oil once a half year, apply for NO.3 lithium base grease.
2.Should often clean screen body to ensure screen hole fluently.
3.Often check if screen body and screen plate is worn, vibrating pieces is worn, if found problem should take measure in time.

Vibrating screen Operating procedure
1. before start machine please check carefully, if lubricate well,
if bolt loose, if screen plate completed, ensure everything is ok, then start machine.
2. start procedure:
- a: open spraying pipe.
- b: turn on motor to operate.
- c: provide headbox with stock, adjust consistency and flow.
- d: adjust stock levelness flashboard height in stock storage tank
, form gas sealing. - e: adjust spraying water pipe, clean screen plate in time (otherwise, can wear screen plate).
3. stop procedure:
- a. stop supplying stock to headbox.
- b. screen residual stock.
- c. close spraying water pipe.
- d. stop operating motor.
- e. Clean screen plate and environment.
