Yunda successfully delivered the 160,000 tons tissue paper TM3/TM4/TM5/TM6 project to Liaoning Yusen.

In August 2024, Yunda received the final acceptance certificate for the 160,000 tons tissue paper TM3/TM4/TM5/TM6 project from Liaoning Yusen Hygiene Products Co., Ltd.

Yunda supplied Liaoning Yusen with a full set of stock preparation equipment, including roller conveyor, medium consistency pulpers, double disc refiners, deflakers, headbox screens, and agitators. During the project execution, both parties worked closely together, providing mutual support, successfully achieving the running of all four production lines in the same year. After the equipment started up, the operational parameters quickly met the contract and design specifications, and all guaranteed indicators satisfied the acceptance standards, resulting in a successful final acceptance.

The project features four high speed tissue machines, each with a width of 3,500 mm and a speed of 1,600 m/min.
