Technology Leadership | Yunda Unveils i-BCTMP Innovative Process Technology at the 2025 Guangzhou International Paper Expo

From June 5th to 7th, the 20th Guangzhou International Paper Expo and Asia Consumer Paper Expo 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Exhibition") was successfully held at the Poly World Trade Expo Center in Pazhou, Guangzhou. Yunda made a strong debut with its core product line, the innovative "i-BCTMP" process technology, attracting numerous new and old customers, as well as industry colleagues from both domestic and international markets for consultations and discussions.

At the same time as the exhibition, during the 2025 8th Paper Industry Exchange Conference of Ten Provinces (Regions), Zhang Dongji, a pulp expert from Yunda Chemical Machinery, gave a technical presentation titled "i-BCTMP Innovative Process Technology and Applications" to over 300 representatives and professionals from the paper industry and its upstream and downstream sectors.

Zhang Dongji provided a detailed introduction to the innovative i-BCTMP process technology and its application cases. The i-BCTMP pulping process uses a high-temperature fiberization system to minimize energy consumption while fiberizing the raw materials. During the fiberization process, chemical treatment is simultaneously carried out, maximizing the efficiency of the chemicals, reducing energy and chemical consumption, and improving the pulp yield. The i-BCTMP process has already seen multiple successful cases in the bleaching chemical thermal mechanical pulp industry, such as the high-freeness chemical thermal mechanical pulp technical transformation project of Shandong Tianhe and the high-strength chemical thermal mechanical pulp technical transformation project of Henan Tianbang, demonstrating the technical advantages of Yunda’s i-BCTMP technology.

During the 3-day exhibition, the Yunda booth attracted numerous attendees from both domestic and international markets. After gaining a deeper understanding of Yunda's i-CTMP high-yield pulping system solution, i-BCTMP high-yield pulping system solution, i-OCC pulping system solution, i-VSP virgin wood pulp preparation system solution, and the advanced manufacturing process of Oda screen basket, the business team engaged in in-depth technical discussions with customers on equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and process compatibility. Customers expressed recognition of the reliability, efficiency, and energy-saving features of Yunda's pulping system equipment.
