Hydraulic Automatic Grapple

Hydraulic Automatic Grapple is used in continuous deflaking system, complete with lifting equipment and snatch the heavy and light impurities in sediment well terminal.

Hydraulic Automatic Grapple is mainly made of cylinder, four measures disc and connecting rod. Complete with sediment well consist of cleaning system.

When the grapple descend, Open the measures disc to the biggest size. Adjust the descend position of grapple, above the liquid level of sediment well can wipe out light impurities, on the contrary, can wipe out heavy impurities.

The rated loading of grapple can reach 300kg.

Structure

Grapples are made of four measures disc, gas cylinder, connecting rod, ascending ring base, pin roll, cylinder fixed cover, hinge and so on.

Auxiliary attachment: Pneumatic three couplet body, two stone electromagnetic reversing valves, air supply and so on, the air are cleaned by pneumatic three couplet body, spray enter cylinder later, the position rod drives disc rotate by articulated mechanism. When close machine and grab impurities, open machine and take off impurities.

operation instruction

1.Connect gas supply and gas cylinder according to grapple operating instruction, check if the gas load is influent, if the parts connect reliably.

2.The conductors should check the readiness of lifting equipment and grapple.

3.Before apply grapple, should make a open and close experiment in the air, ensure the abilities are fine, then can put into use.

4.When use the grapple, mustn’t crush materials and object, equipment, etc, should put carefully in order to avoid wearing, especially protect the gas cylinder of grapple.

5.When use the grapple, should nobody in working area, related people should avoid actively, when use grapple, should not swing, when unload stock, the ground clearance should as low as possible.

6.When stop using the grapple, grapple should be in closed condition at safe place.

Maintenance

1.When stop using, grapple should be in closed condition, avoid the exposed cylinder piston rod wear.

2.When use the grapple, should often check if the connection of gas supply pipe is loose.

3.When use the grapple, when find the grapple pressure descends, no pressure, should stop using in time, only after find out the problem and remedy can open machine.

4.Every rolling part should add lubricating grease once a day.
