On April 26th, Dr. Cao Zhenlei, the former president of the Chinese Paper Society and director of the Tissue Paper Professional Committee of the China Paper Association, Lei Wenjun, chairman of Jiangnan Paper Group, Dong Yiping, former executive director of Vinda International, and other industry experts were invited to visit Zhengzhou Yunda Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. The company’s senior management, including General Manager Xu Chaofeng, Executive Vice General Manager Qin Jinsheng, Vice General Manager of the Business Management Center Xu Yinchan, and Chief Engineer of the Intelligent Equipment Research Institute Xu Yaofeng, accompanied the visit and engaged in a discussion and exchange.

Director Cao Zhenlei and his team visited the core production and R&D areas of Yunda Paper Machinery Co., Ltd., including the final assembly workshop, dust free workshop, remanufacturing workshop, CNC machining center, and high-yield pulping pilot laboratory. They also conducted on-site research on Yunda's production process control, quality management system, and overall technological innovation capabilities.

According to General Manager Xu Chaofeng, the company has developed a complete set of stock preparation system and conveying systems for tissue paper, including core products such as high consistency refiner that enhance short fiber strength, double disc refiner that optimize pulp quality, and low-pulse approach pressure screen. These innovations have significantly improved production efficiency and product quality by process optimization and have already been successfully applied to nearly 100 companies, including Hengan Group, Asia Pulp & Paper, Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing, Sun Paper, Vinda, Zhongshan Jierou, and Yusen Group.

Yunda's i-OCC recycled fiber stock preparation system solution, especially the drum pulper and other core equipment, achieves gentle pulping of waste paper raw materials, effectively removing coarse impurities while minimizing fiber loss. This demonstrates Yunda's technological advantage in the efficient use of waste paper resources.

In addition, Yunda has established a high-yield pulping pilot laboratory with the goal of maximizing the value of agricultural and forestry residues. Through process verification and system equipment optimization, key data supporting the improvement of pulp quality and the reduction of operating costs have been provided, strongly promoting the industrialization of innovative process equipment and showcasing Yunda's technical strength in high-yield pulping.

Chief Engineer Xu Yaofeng introduced Yunda's self-developed i-CTMP and i-BCTMP systems, as well as technological breakthroughs in energy-saving, consumption reduction, and fiber utilization. Notably, modular design has been used to reduce unit energy consumption by 15% and increase operating efficiency by 20%, optimizing key performance indicators.

During a discussion with the senior executives of Yunda Paper Machinery Co., Ltd., Director Cao and his team engaged in an in-depth exchange on topics such as industry sustainability, technological innovation, and green low-carbon initiatives.
