Main Applications of the High Frequency Deflaker

The high-frequency deflaker is mainly used to defibrate fiber bundles, breaking up clumps and coarse particles and dispersing them evenly into individual fibers. It does not damage fiber length or reduce paper strength. The equipment improves pulp uniformity and dispersion, enhances pulp beatability, removes or reduces coarse particles in the pulp, minimizes sheet surface defects, and improves overall paper quality.

High Frequency Deflaker Features

1.Intense and frequent shearing to ensure effective defibering.

2.Inlet consistency can be up to 6%.

3.No refining function--fiber length between inlet and outlet no obviously changes.

4.Low power consumption.

5.Special machine cover design for more convenient and fast change of disc.

6.Optimized disc structure can be used for deflating different kinds of stock.

High-Frequency Deflaker Working Principle

The pulp enters through the inlet, and the high-speed rotation of the discs generates a strong centrifugal force, continuously throwing the pulp toward the refining surface (the disc surface) to form a pulp film. During this process, the fibers are subjected to intense shearing forces, as well as frictional, twisting, and hydraulic forces. As a result, the fibers are properly cut, fibrillated, and refined, thereby meeting the process requirements.
