TMZC-600 heavy impurity cleaner

Zhengzhou Yunda Paper Machinery Co., Ltd produces TMZC-600 heavy impurities cleaner. This cleaner is removing big volume impurities positive going adopting vortex centrifugal theory. This is our new high performance heavy impurity cleaner after long term trial and error, which is based on advanced technology from domestic and overseas. It is mainly used for removing heavy impurities like sand, iron and fiber bundles, but also used for removing light impurities like mixed sticky, wax, plastics, dust, foam, inks and so on.

operating principle:

The diluted stock will enter into taper cylinder tangentially under the certain pressure, the heavy impurity will be thrown to the wall under the centrifugal force. And then move to rejecting outlet downward. There will form a low pressure zone at the center of the cone. The stock specific gravity is light, will move to low pressure zone slowly and do upward movement. And then will discharge from accept outlet. The upward stock is moving spirally and forming vortex section. Vortex movement speed will slow down due to frictional resistance of cleaner wall and accept pulp going to low pressure zone, but at the same time the radius of vortex movement is reduced, so can have enough centrifugal force to separate impurities.

Structure description

1. TMZC-600 heavy impurity cleaner will be supplied after assembled. Customer can use it just need to connect the flange. Main parts are inlet and outlet main pipe, support, cleaner body, tailings pipe, etc.
2. TMZC-600 heavy impurity cleaner have three assembling types : single face inline arrangement, double face inline arrangement, double face stagger arrangement
3. TMZC-600 heavy impurity cleaner can be designed as one grade with multi-stage and multi-grade with multi-stage according to capacity and customer’s requirements.
