On May 10, the 360,000-ton tissue paper project (Phase I) of Gansu Yusen New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. successfully commenced production with TM1/TM2/TM3/TM4 all going online!

The project is equipped with four tissue machines: three with a width of 3500mm and one with a width of 2850mm, all designed to operate at a speed of 1600m/min, with a total capacity of approximately 115,000 tons. Yunda provided a one-stop stock preparation system for TM1, TM2, TM3, and TM4, covering the entire process from raw material handling to final pulp approach flow. The supply scope mainly includes:

Stock Preparation System:

• ◆ Roller conveyor: Achieves intelligent supply of raw materials to the pulper through batch precise feeding and dynamic metering technology.

• ◆ Energy-saving Mid-consistency pulper: Adopts an S-type rotor structure, improving disintegration efficiency by 30% while reducing unit energy consumption by over 20%.

• ◆ Double-disc refiner: Equipped with a DCS control system, it ensures operational stability while precisely controlling fiber quality, achieving a pulp quality fluctuation rate of less than 0.5%.

• ◆ Agitator: Utilizes dynamic mixing technology to achieve precise and stable concentration.

Approach Flow System:

• ◆ Low-pulse headbox screen: Suppresses pulp pulse fluctuations through precise simulation design, significantly enhancing the uniformity of the pulp entering the machine, ensuring paper formation quality and production stability.

• ◆ Vibrating screen: Enhances pulp cleanliness.
