The bow screen, also known as a curved screen or stationary screen, is a common solid-liquid separation device widely used in the pulp and paper industry, wastewater treatment, food processing, and chemical industries. It utilizes the principle of a curved screen surface, allowing pulp or slurry to pass through under gravity or certain pressure to achieve separation.
Features:
1.Screen plate is stainless steel and slot type, the slot width can be 50-250um.
2.Openness of slice lip is adjustable, feeding with pressure and bar type of bow screen plate to guarantee high filtration ability.
3.Instantaneously open the slice lip regularly to wash out the sediments at the slice lip.
4.Equipped with pneumatic control box, to wash and clean the screen plate automatically.
