Installation

1.preparation work before installation

1.1 Check cleaner body to see whether it is damaged during transporting and handling process

1.2 Check whether the shipping list is corresponding with goods.

1.3 Check whether the welded joint of the rack is crazing or not

2.Installation sequence and position

2.1 Installation sequence

2.1.1 Please assemble the support and rejecting pipe according manufacturing number strictly.

2.1.2 After supports finished assemble, please assemble the single cleaner.

2.1.3 After assemble the support and cleaner body, should connect the cleaner and inlet and outlet pipeline.

2.1.4 Please put pedestal onto foundation, install the anchor bolt after leveling, then pouring concrete to anchor bolt hole.

2.1.5 After the concrete solid, please screw up the nut, at last checking the levelness of the whole equipment, the allowed horizontal difference is ±2mm, if it is not level, please aligning the level by wedge

2.1.6 Please install the inlet and outlet main pipe and rejecting main pipe.

2.1.7 Should install the valves at the inlet and outlet main pipe and rejecting main pipe, so that can control inlet and outlet pressure.

2.1.8 Cleaning the surroundings, keep clean

Operating

open procedure

  1. Check whether there are loosening or leaking phenomena at the connection of the cleaner and pipeline.Check whether there are loosening or leaking phenomena at each flange of the cleanerPlease open valves at outlet pipeline, and then start the supplying stock pump with water, at last open the inlet main valve slowly. Don’t start supplying stock pump when the inlet valve is open, to avoid producing momentary strong impact force damaging the cleaner..

After open the inlet main valve slowly, please adjust qty of cleaner and inlet and outlet main valve according to actual capacity to make the inlet and outlet pressure meet the requirements. The scope of inlet pressure should be controlled with 0.20~0.30Mpa, keep it stable, The pressure drop of inlet and outlet should be controlled at 0.1~0.18Mpa

  • matters need attention after Start-up
    • If pressure difference is too big, you should check following items:
  • Whether the cleaner is clogged
  • Whether the quantity of the cleaner is too many

If pressure difference is too small, you should check following items:

  1. Whether the flow and the head of the supplying stock pump is enough.
  2. Whether the quantity of the cleaner is enough.
  3. Whether the opening of the inlet and outlet main pipe is suitable or not
    1. User should notices whether the discharging is normal or not, If it is clogged, please unchoking in time.
    1. If the rejecting discharging value is too big, should check following item:
  4. Whether the accept outlet is clogged.
  5. Whether the pressure of the accept outlet is too big
  6. Whether the pressure difference between inlet and outlet is too small.
  7. Whether the water pressure of the pulp saver is too small.
  8. Whether the pressure of accept outlet is too small
  9. Whether the water pressure of pulp saver is too big. whether the valve openness of the inlet and outlet main pipe is suitable.
    1. The inlet consistency of the first stage should be controlled with 0.50~0.90%, the inlet consistency of the second stage should lower than fist stage. The tailings interring into second stage should dilute. there is a tailings chest normally so that can control consistency, avoid empty. Please operate it according to process strictly.
    1. The flow and head of the pump must be controlled at the scope of working requirement. Thus can get the highest rejecting rate and energy saving
    1. The clear water pressure of stock saver at the final stage should high than inlet pressure about 0.05Mpa.
    1. The system should running with water about 5 minutes before stop so that can avoid clogging caused by stock being dry and solid.

Maintaining

  1. Check whether the rejecting cap on each cleaner wear down or not regularly. If it wears down, please change it in time.
  2. Please check inlet and outlet pressure gauge to see whether it is correct, If no, please repair and change in time.
  3. If single cleaner is clogged, please open the cleaning valve to unchoke in time.
