NLS inflow pressurized screen is a advanced pulp screening equipment in the modern internationality (the rotor outside the basket),has characteristics of high screening quality, great capacity and low pulp pulse , is suitable for being a fine screening equipment of wood pulp, all kinds of grass pulp and waste paper pulp, especially as a screen equipment before headbox of the paper machine.

Yunda's NLS Series Inflow Pressure Screens are designed for the efficientfine screening of wood pulp, all kinds of straw as well as bagasse pulp and,wastepaper pulp. It is most efficient when used in the approach system.

Working principle

NLS inflow pressure screen is the equipment which screens pulp continuously with pressure in the completely closed state. Running with pressure, the pulp without screening enter into outside of the basket along the tangential direction from the inlet pulp line on the upper part of the machine body,  with the help of the internal and external pressure difference of the basket, the accepted pulp enter into the basket through the screen slot(hole) under the pressure force and exported from the accepted pulp pipe at the bottom, the tailings and foreign matters cannot get through the screen slot (hole) descent into bottom and discharged from the reject pipe. The rotating rotor blade will produce mild pressure to make the loop flow of the pulp get the further improved, the tail will generate the negative pressure make the function of back washing screen slot(hole), avoid clogging the screen slot (hole), make the pulp get through the screen slot (hole) smoothly and ensure that the screening is running continuously.
