Bale Breaker

• Installation and Commissioning

  As large-scale rotating equipment, bale breaker requires strictly on equipment foundation. Check the equipment weight and the foundation bearing capacity before setting to avoid failure of function caused by sunken foundation

  1. Determine the foundation position according to the installation diagram, cast the foundation according to the requirements of the civil engineering industry. After adequate basic maintenance, install the equipment
  2. Please check the parts before installation. If any problem, please contact our sales department
  3. Check and clean the foundation and foundation holes before installation; install the equipment after confirmation
  4. Sequence of installation: pedestal, drive riding wheel, screen basket of bale breaker and protective cover, adjust and then cast with concrete
  5. After curing period (generally no less than 20 days, during which time the foundation should be kept wet), tighten the anchor bolts and conduct fine check:① Place four riding wheels at same plane with deviation no more than 0.5mm; ② Span deviation of four riding wheels and diagonal deviation should be no more than 1mm; ③ Coaxiality of two riding wheels at same side no more than 0.5mm; second concrete casting, hoist and install the cylinder after through curing period (5-7 days), adjust riding wheels, install protective cover, etc.
  6. The electrical control console should be installed in an easy-to-observe position
  7. Before debugging: ① Check whether the electrical control system is normal; ② Check whether someone is working or something left in the cylinder of bale breaker;③ Check whether there are sundries in riding wheels
  8. After check all normal, start the motor and observe whether cylinder rotates stably, if any abnormal sound or friction
  9. After the inspection and confirmation of no abnormal conditions, no-loading running for 1-2 hours. Check whether the parts are normal and check whether the temperature and current of the transmission motor are in normal condition when operation
  10. After the no-load running is completed, check the abrasion marks of the riding wheel and supporting wheel of cylinder, make a comprehensive inspection on the other parts. When the normal operation is confirmed, prepare the load running
  11. The commissioning test is basically the same as that of the no-load running, but the inspection should be more careful. In addition, please feed evenly, and the amount of the material should be effective and large, and the size of the material should be controlled within the specified range

• Operation Instruction

  1. Check all parts normal before starting
  2. In normal circumstance, firstly start bale breaker, secondly start chain conveyor for feeding material, feed raw material to chain conveyor after normal operation of equipment. Waste paper is delivered to cylinder of bale breaker, and then broken waste paper is conveyed to next procedure
  3. if want to shut down, stop chain conveyor firstly, then stop bale breaker until no paper left into ensure no-load start next time

• Maintenance

  1. Check the lubrication of equipment running parts usually, and inject the lubricant regularly
  2. Change new lubricating oil for reducer after running for 7-14 days and afterward change each 3-6 months accordingly.
  3. Regularly check the equipment, no loosing bolts, no exceeded rated current of motor; when temperature rise of the bearing exceed the ambient temperature 35 degree, shut down to check.
  4. According to the using situation, overhaul one time about half a year is advisable.
